Originally from Virginia, I now live on the emerald coast in Gulf Breeze, Florida and am licensed in both states. I specialize in trauma focused therapy, and perinatal mental health. During my time outside of work, I enjoy going to the beach, creating memories with my family, exercising, and reading. My goal is to utilize a holistic approach with clients, addressing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate a combination of therapeutic techniques to promote growth and help guide clients through life’s challenges.
